Sales Advisor

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Adviser to join our team. The Sales Adviser will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with B2B clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Adviser or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
