Community Care Worker (Female Driver) – Southampton

Home Care Support Worker / Domiciliary Care Assistant

Flexible rota-based shifts available Monday to Sunday, including evenings and alternate weekends.

From £13.00 per hour + Paid Travel Time and Mileage

We are recruiting Female Community Care Assistants with a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to provide high-quality domiciliary care in the local community.

  • 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Full-day shifts (with 2-hour break)

Essential Requirements

  • Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement – Equality Act 2010)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Must live locally to Southampton area

No previous care experience required – full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
