Working at Sitruna

  • This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines.
  • The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.

What is the role about?

  • Grow and maintain the revenue of your assigned portfolio of clients, while retaining them
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusting relationships
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales ad spend, and profit margins, to make data-driven recommendations
  • Provide Weekly Reports and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance and align on future goals
  • Partner with clients to define quarterly and annual goals, developing actionable strategies to achieve them
  • Carry out day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring client goals and timelines are met
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively within the internal team (PPC, Tech, Copy, Design) ensuring all aspects of the client account are managed efficiently
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges, such as inventory issues, price fluctuations, or competitor threats
  • Provide solutions and adjust strategies in response to changes in the market or client needs
  • Spot upsell opportunities to offer additional services and grow the value of your client accounts

Who are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, and excellent communication skills.
  • You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, managing projects, and delivering exceptional results.
  • You are a proactive, organized, and target-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • At least 5 years of proven success in a client-facing Amazon ecommerce role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
