The Role

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing commercial team. This role is all about building pipeline – researching target accounts, engaging prospects and booking qualified meetings for our Enterprise Sales team.

You’ll be the first voice potential customers hear from Sitehop. If you thrive on conversation, learning about cutting-edge tech, and being part of a team that wins together, this is the place for you.es team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders in cybersecurity, compliance and IT.
  • Prospect into enterprise and mid-market accounts via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route to the sales team.
  • Book and manage meetings for Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring high-quality handoff.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging to increase conversion rates.
  • Log all activity and maintain pipeline accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Continuously learn and refine outreach strategies, sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Ambition and resilience – you’re hungry to break into enterprise sales and grow fast.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident on the phone, strong written tone, active listener.
  • Curiosity for cybersecurity and emerging tech (you don’t need to be an expert yet, but must want to learn).
  • Organised, disciplined and able to manage multiple outreach streams at once.
  • Collaborative and coachable – you take feedback and turn it into results.
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience is great, but not essential – mindset and drive matter more.
