About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Enablement Associate who can manage the flow between content, contacts, and connections. One day you’ll be scheduling a post that puts Sitehop on the map; the next you’ll be digging into LinkedIn Sales Navigator, making sure our sales team is armed with warm intros and golden leads. You’ll also help us shine on the events stage – whether that’s Connected Britain, RSA, or industry awards – making sure Sitehop turns heads.

What you will be responsible for:

Social Media & Content

  • Own and manage Sitehop’s social media channels (LinkedIn and beyond).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts that actually land (not corporate wallpaper).
  • Track performance and suggest ways to grow our reach and engagement.

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with relevant prospects.
  • Feed qualified contacts into the sales pipeline, supporting follow-ups and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain our network of connections, especially in cyber, quantum, and telco spaces.

Events & Project Management

  • Support planning and execution of key events (e.g., RSA, Connected Britain, industry awards).
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up actions from events.
  • Make sure Sitehop’s brand shows up consistently and strongly at every touchpoint.

General Get-Stuck-In Support

  • Jump in where needed across marketing, sales, and events.
  • Bring ideas to the table and help us level up how we show up externally.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A curious, proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told, you figure it out.
  • Strong grasp of LinkedIn (posting, connecting, Sales Navigator).
  • Comfortable balancing creative marketing with commercial targets.
  • Project management skills to keep events and campaigns running smoothly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (you’ll often be the first Sitehop “voice” people see).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B tech, cyber, or telco.
