What You’ll Do

As a key player in our Commercial Property team, you’ll:

• Open new client files and issue welcome packs, setting the tone for exceptional client care.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts—your attention to detail will

shine.

• Commission pre-exchange searches, obtain legal indemnities, and liaise with clients and the

Land Registry.

• Manage appointments, meetings, and diaries for your fee earner, keeping everything running

smoothly.

• Deliver outstanding client service—whether face-to-face, by phone, or over email.

• Support your colleagues, guide reception and temps, and help keep our office running at its

best.

• Ensure compliance with Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, Lexcel, and the Conveyancing Quality

Scheme.

What You’ll Bring

• A sharp eye for detail and superb organizational skills.

• Confident communication—both written and verbal.

• Strong IT and typing skills.

• Experience in a legal or professional environment is a plus, but your attitude and drive are what

matter most.
