At ROARR!, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences, sparking imagination, and delivering ROARR-some adventures for every guest who steps through our gates. Now, we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team.

This is your chance to be part of something special. As a key member of our guest services team, you’ll be answering the telephone and processing ticket sales and dealing with any enquiries regarding the park and our events we hold during the year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional guest service before, during and after visits
• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, written correspondence and in person
• Managing bookings and sales for park tickets, events, Annual Passes and group packages (including School visits and Exclusive Adventure Hire)
• Handling tills and computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Department administration

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for great customer service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using tills and computer systems
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays
• 22.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 1st November 2026
