Overview

Simpel’s Sales team has the critical role of driving rapid revenue growth and market expansion. A key responsibility is in identifying potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored software solutions that address those needs effectively. The team collaborates with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term client satisfaction.

Previous experience in the construction industry or the construction technology sector will be highly regarded.

As the Account Executive, you’ll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s SaaS platform.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct tailored product demos to prospective clients.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, licence agreements, and related documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies and materials.
  • Represent Simpel at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Your skills:

  • Experience in construction or construction technology.
  • 2+ years as an Account Executive in a construction technology SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of industry pain-points.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at navigating each stage of the sales pipeline.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in the use of the sales software tools.
  • Organised with a high attention to detail.
