Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of HVAC and mechanical service contracts. You’ll ensure works are completed on time, compliant, and to a high standard, while providing technical support to engineers and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment for planned and reactive works
  • Support engineers with onsite technical issues and fault‑finding
  • Support all other admin where needed
  • Ensure PPM tasks meet SFG20 and HVAC standards
  • Keep site logbooks, documentation, and asset registers updated
  • Complete RAMS, reports, quotes, and task sheets on time
  • Carry out site audits, toolbox talks, and remedial identification
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, subcontractors, and the helpdesk
  • Promote Health & Safety compliance across all activities
  • Lead and support engineers and apprentices on site

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • HVAC/Air Conditioning technical background
  • City & Guilds in A/C & HVAC; Mechanical Engineering diploma desirable
  • Experience with F‑Gas and HVAC systems
  • Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Confident working with engineers and clients
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration within the building and construction industry.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
