ABOUT THE ROLE

The Warehouse Culture Assistant plays an important role in bringing MESHKI’s culture to life across our warehouse team.

Working closely with the People & Culture team and warehouse leadership team, this role supports the delivery of engaging initiatives, recognition programs and team events that create a positive and connected workplace experience.

Through strong organisation, coordination and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure culture initiatives run smoothly while contributing to a workplace where employees feel valued, recognised and supported.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of warehouse culture initiatives in line with the P&C culture calendar

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of culture events, wellbeing sessions and engagement activities

  • Coordinating logistics for initiatives including placing orders, supplier follow-ups, event setup and pack down

  • Supporting employee recognition programs and milestone celebrations such as Meshkiversaries, birthdays and team achievements

  • Preparing internal communications and materials to promote culture initiatives and engagement across the warehouse

  • Maintaining culture trackers, documentation and shared resources to support initiative planning and reporting 

  • Supporting warehouse culture visibility through noticeboards, displays and internal engagement communications

  • Assisting with gathering feedback and engagement insights following initiatives to support continuous improvement

  • Supporting coordination of purchases and materials required for culture initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • Previous experience in a similar coordination, culture, events or administrative role is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams

  • A proactive and reliable approach, with a willingness to take ownership and support team initiatives

  • A genuine interest in workplace culture, employee engagement and creating positive team experiences

  • Confidence working collaboratively with warehouse leaders and the wider People & Culture team

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, including experience maintaining trackers, documentation or reports

  • Basic Canva, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides) to support communication and tracking

This role would suit someone who enjoys creating positive team experiences and helping bring workplace culture to life. You may have experience supporting events, engagement initiatives or team coordination and enjoy being hands-on in making things happen.

This is a casual role, with an expected schedule of approximately 3 days per week (with some flexibility depending on initiatives and events).
