ABOUT THE ROLE

From Fashion Week and Formula 1 to international showroom launches and elevated press moments, our events are not just activations –  they are statements of who we are.

The Senior Events Specialist exists to bring these moments to life with precision, creativity and commercial discipline. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team you will translate ambitious creative vision into seamless, strategically aligned experiences across Australia, the US and the UK.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of brand events from concept handover through to post-event reporting.
  • Building detailed budgets, tracking spend and managing cost control across all activations.
  • Sourcing, briefing and managing agencies, production partners, venues and suppliers.
  • Developing timelines, run sheets and critical paths to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinating international activations across AU, US and UK markets.
  • Managing guest logistics, staffing plans, permits and compliance requirements.
  • Acting as on-site operational lead, resolving issues in real time and maintaining premium standards.
  • Partnering with Brand, PR, Talent and Creative teams to deliver integrated 360° brand moments.
  • Delivering structured post-event reports, including budget reconciliation and performance insights.
  • Creating scalable event playbooks and frameworks to improve efficiency as event volume grows.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering premium brand events, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing six-figure event budgets, including forecasting, negotiation and reconciliation.
  • Strong agency and vendor management experience, with proven commercial negotiation capability.
  • Experience delivering international activations or working across multiple regions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong project management capability, with experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of event compliance, risk management and on-ground logistics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
  • High attention to detail, strong decision-making ability and calm leadership under pressure.
  • A passion for premium brand experiences and the operational discipline to execute them flawlessly.
