We are looking to recruit a Weighbridge Operative to join our Marchwood Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of the weighbridge, acting as the main point of contact for drivers and visitors on site. You will manage vehicle arrivals and departures, complete weighbridge documentation, and ensure all data is recorded correctly in line with company procedures.

You will always provide a professional and friendly service, representing the Wainwright brand with a focus on safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Building positive working relationships with drivers, colleagues, and site teams will be key to ensuring smooth and compliant site operations.

Working closely with our site and production teams, you will help coordinate the safe flow of vehicles, support dispatch activities, and maintain clear and organised records. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role within our expanding Marchwood facility as we continue to grow our operations.

This is a fast‑paced role, and you will need to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. As a collaborative team player, you will bring a flexible, can‑do attitude and be ready to support the wider team as operational needs arise.
