We are looking to recruit Aggregate Tipper Drivers to join our Marchwood Team.

In this role, you will handle the safe loading, transporting, and tipping of aggregate materials, representing the Wainwright brand through professional conduct on every site you visit. As a key frontline member of our operations team, you will build positive relationships with customers, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and vehicle care.

You will safely operate a Class 2 aggregate tipper, carrying out daily vehicle checks, loading and tipping materials at various sites, and ensuring all loads are secure and compliant. You’ll maintain accurate tachograph records, complete delivery paperwork, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, and follow all health and safety procedures. Alongside keeping your vehicle clean and well‑maintained, you’ll also support general depot duties when required.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll need to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing site demands. As a flexible, team‑focused driver with a proactive, can‑do attitude, you’ll support smooth daily operations and step in to help the wider team whenever needed.

Working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with occasional Saturdays as required, in accordance with driver regulations and the Working Time Directive to meet the operational needs of the business
