Education Advisor

Under the leadership and direction of the Virtual School Headteacher, the post holder has responsibility for coordinating the duties relating to Promoting the education of children with a Social Worker (Child in need). Be responsible for supporting both schools and social care to achieve positive outcomes for children in need.

Assist the Headteacher of the Virtual School by contributing to the whole school assessment processes, analysing and evaluating data, enabling its use in setting targets and priorities.

Develop, sustain and embed productive relationships with other agencies and key groups and individuals in education settings in order to add value, and have impact on the achievement of children in need.

This post will entail hybrid working.
