Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment activity, including posting vacancies, shortlisting support, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and pre‑employment checks.
  • Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring contracts, right to work checks, inductions, and system access are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
  • Assisting with HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, changes to terms, and probation reviews.
  • Supporting managers with recruitment processes and best practice guidance.
  • Assisting with absence management tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Supporting coordination of training, compliance requirements, and mandatory checks.
  • Preparing HR documentation, letters, and reports as required.
  • Supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives across the business.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR and recruitment processes and ways of working.

We’d love to see the following skills and experience from our applicants:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across the business. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment, HR, or HR Administration role.
  • A good understanding of recruitment processes and general HR administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential information and documentation.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional, approachable manner with the ability to support employees at all levels.
  • Confidence using HR systems and IT packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and solution‑focused approach, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or operational environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
