WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and manage the full employee lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding and retention support. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to ensure we attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will play a key role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments
  • Build strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers to deliver hiring needs efficiently
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through to early-stage retention and engagement
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insight and guidance
  • Monitor recruitment performance, metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new starter experience
  • Support workforce planning in line with business growth objectives
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Enhance employer branding to position Eco Approach as an employer of choice
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role
  • Strong experience managing agency relationships and external recruitment partners
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge of UK employment law related to hiring practice
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for attracting and retaining talent
