Key Responsibilities

• Install loft insulation materials in domestic properties to specification and compliance standards.
• Conduct pre-install checks, including loft access, ventilation, and existing insulation levels.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Record and submit photo evidence and documentation for compliance.
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors, project managers, and homeowners.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in loft insulation installation (ECO4/GBIS experience desirable).
• Working knowledge of PAS 2030 installation standards.
• Valid CSCS card (preferred).
• Own van and tools (essential).
• Public liability insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
