Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations a busy construction site in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The Site Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site activities, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, maintenance, and safety inspections
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement site policies and procedures
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative role within the construction, engineering or building sectors, either as a Site Administrator or Office Administrator
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
