Summary and Purpose

The Hand Paint Sprayer is responsible for applying a high-quality finish to an array of different products.  As a skilled sprayer you must be fully conversant with the product specifications and level of quality finish required, whilst meeting production throughput targets.

The role requires strict adherence to Health & Safety Standards / Procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Main Responsibilities & Key Tasks

• Order Fulfilment – Ensuring jobs are prioritised in line with production plan, on time and in full 
• Ensure validation of each component parts are cross referenced against the manifest 
• Undertake writing and computer-based tasks in accordance within all departments processes and SOPs
• Quality inspect your work, ensuring it meets our internal quality standards / delivering a positive experience for our customers.
• Any failures within the spraying process are identified and reported to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the customer order
• Clean, maintain and safely store spray equipment as per the SOPs, keeping spray booths and work areas clean, tidy and hazard free.
• To identify countermeasures to any recognised roadblocks to help successfully achieve the production plan
• To work alongside staff in the education of typical breakdowns and paint related issues, including the corrective action to follow on detection
