Position: Recruitment Manager
Employment: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
Creation Group is a full service event company and founded around four key service offerings – Creative, Production, Live and Asset & Inventory Management which enable us to offer our clients a turn key solution to deliver stand out brand experiences.
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to help drive and scale our talent acquisition function. We are seeking a strategic personality to join our ever growing team. The perfect candidate will bring a hands-on approach to recruitment delivery by building strong partnerships with hiring managers, industry candidate networks whilst ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
You will ultimately be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across the business, overseeing hiring pipelines, and ensuring recruitment activity supports the business growth. You will be highly organised and a commercially aware recruiter who thrives under pressure and fast paced environments whilst enjoying balancing strategy with operational delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with stakeholders, leading recruitment teams within a dynamic environment and managing full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple disciplines, such as; administrative roles, sales, fabrication, warehouse, creative and technical design.
This is a unique opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, influence hiring decisions, and contribute directly to the continued growth of Creation Group across multiple offices throughout the UK.
What you will be responsible for
What we are looking for
Proven experience managing end-to-end permanent recruitment across multiple roles and departments, ideally within the brand experience or events industry
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership teams
Overseeing recruitment talent pipelines, industry candidate networks, sourcing strategy and hiring metrics to ensure hiring objectives are hit
A proactive, commercially aware and data driven mindset with the ability to improve recruitment processes and delivery of a strong candidate experience
