Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Utilise data and metrics to analyse recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
