Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Reports to: Associate Director of Partnerships

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per month in our Canary Wharf office) | Full-time

As our NHS partnerships continue to scale nationally, strong administration, organisation and coordination within the Partnerships Directorate are essential to ensuring we operate with credibility, consistency and control.

💫What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Divisional Administrator – Projects and Business Support to join the Partnerships Directorate and support its day-to-day functioning.

This role acts as a central administrative and organisational anchor for the directorate. You will provide structured support across projects, meetings and workstreams, ensuring activity is well organised, actions are tracked, and information is accurate and accessible.

The role supports the Associate Director of Partnerships and senior colleagues by maintaining high standards of administration, coordination and written outputs, enabling them to focus on strategy, assurance and NHS relationships.

😎What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide administrative and business support across the Partnerships Directorate
  • Keep partnerships activity organised, structured and on track
  • Support the coordination of projects and cross-functional workstreams
  • Prepare and maintain action logs, trackers, records and written summaries
  • Support meetings, including agendas, papers, note-taking and follow-up
  • Maintain orderly contract, reporting and governance documentation
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine queries and information requests
  • Operate with professionalism and discretion in a regulated, NHS-facing environment

What this role will not do

  • Lead projects or programmes
  • Own NHS strategy, contracts or external relationships
  • Provide independent assurance or sign-off
  • Hold senior accountability

All work is undertaken in support of agreed priorities and under appropriate direction.

You will be reliable, methodical and confident producing clear written materials, trackers and summaries, and comfortable supporting senior colleagues and complex activity.
