Support Worker (Mental Health) – Sleep-In Only

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual with a passion for supporting people with mental health needs? Care Managers Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team for Sleep-In shifts only within our supported living service. Key Responsibilities: Provide overnight support and reassurance to adults with mental health needs. Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the night. Respond appropriately to any emergencies or incidents. Record and hand over observations to the day staff team. Requirements: Previous experience in mental health or supported living preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Must be patient, empathetic, and professional. Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS check required.
