Care Managers Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Kettering. You’ll be supporting individuals in living independently while promoting dignity, choice, and well-being in their everyday lives.

Available Shifts:

• Morning shifts

• Afternoon shifts

• Night shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and emotional support

• Managing and administering medication safely

• Building positive and trusting relationships

• Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities

• Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a clean environment

• Supporting with cooking, meal preparation, and shopping

Applicants should have the following qualities:

• A positive and respectful approach to others

• Good communication and listening skills

• A friendly, patient, and approachable nature

• Good written skills and attention to detail

• Experience supporting others (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (We don’t offer sponsorship)

• DBS registered on the Update Service

• Mandatory training completed within the last 12 months
