Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a temporary or agency role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
