We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join our team covering the Pembroke area.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter responsible for the installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard of workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Fit and install kitchen units, worktops, sinks, baths, toilets, showers, and
associated fixtures to required specifications and standards.
- Carry out plumbing tasks such as installing pipework, taps, waste systems, and
connecting appliances.
- Remove old units safely, repair walls, floors, and surfaces, and ensure all areas are
properly prepared before installation. Conduct remedial work where needed.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, explain work being carried out,
minimise disruption, and ensure properties are left clean and safe at the end
of each day.
- Ensure all installations meet required quality standards, complete job sheets and
compliance paperwork accurately, and report any additional repairs or
safeguarding concerns identified within the property.
You will need:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter/Bathroom Fitter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry/plumbing techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
