PA to Partner & Team Coordinator

Description

We’re currently hiring a professional Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator to join our Later Living architectural team, at our studio in Smithfield.

If you’re a proactive, efficient and organised PA looking for a new role working with a friendly, professional and creative team, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll need to be proficient in MS packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint), and demonstrate effective communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Key duties will include diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, proofreading documents, and creating and formatting documents and presentations.
