Class 1 ADR Driver

As a part of the Bio Capital Group, Warrens Emerald Biogas are market leaders in the Anaerobic Digestion industry and are a proud and passionate team providing employment opportunities in the growing Renewable energy and resource sectors.

Working Hours: 52.5 Hours per week, Shift Pattern – 5 on 3 off rolling rota

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that legal and Traffic Commissioner compliance is maintained at all times

• Meeting all H&S requirements by following all company policies and procedures

• Movement of Bio Methane Gas in line with ADR Regulations

• Ensuring all goods are transported legally, safely and securely at all times

• Completing all daily driver responsibilities such as (not exhaustive)

1. Completing vehicle defect checks daily
2. Completing accurate logbooks and paperwork
3. Cleaning and re-fueling vehicles as required daily
4. Carry out basic routine maintenance, such as oil, Tyre and brake checks.

• Efficient and high standards of customer service

• Complete regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) reviews with Line Manager and keep your CPD file up to date.

• Clear communication with all team members

• Training of other team members when required

• Report every Near Miss, Incident and Accident

• Maintain a clean, fit for purpose Driving License, Drivers Qualification Card and Digital Drivers Card

• Movement/Collection of other materials whilst Bio Methane is not available

What We’re Looking For:

Over 2 years continuous previous experience in driving ADR.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Honest, flexible, and reliable with a can-do attitude.

Good timekeeping and organisational skills.

Commitment to Bio Capital values and high standards of service.

Essential Requirements:

Driver CPC (required)

Driver Card (required)

Class 1 Licence (required)

ADR Class 2 Module (required)

Willingness to work overtime Mon-Sun as required
