Role purpose
The Head of Technologies, Solutions and Infrastructure is responsible for the seamless integration and performance of Aire Global’s digital ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure our proprietary software (SCORE™, daena™ and ClAIRE™) is supported by a resilient, high-performance infrastructure while leading the Solutions team and their technologies (including Adobe, Hybrid and GMG) to deliver ‘The Aire Way™’ system —turning complex client requirements into automated, scalable workflows. You are the architect of our technical reliability and the engine behind our speed-to-market advantage.
We believe in constant evolution. You will work towards defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) not just as targets, but as benchmarks to track your continual improvement and professional development within the team.
Key responsibilities
Product and technology leadership: Oversee the operational health and deployment of SCORE™ (SaaS), daena™ (Artwork Automation) and ClAIRE™ (AI/Data Intelligence).
Infrastructure management: Direct the strategy and maintenance for all internal IT, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and global networking to ensure 99.9% uptime and enterprise-grade security for our global Consumer Goods Company clients.
Solutions architecture: Lead the team responsible for ’making everything work’ – mapping client needs to technical configurations and ensuring our tech stack ‘stacks up’ where competitors have failed.
Operational scaling: Refine internal SOPs within the MSH system to remove technical bottlenecks and improve team utilisation across our 130-person global workforce.
Risk and Security: Act as the primary lead for data sovereignty and cybersecurity, ensuring that as we lead the AI revolution, we own and protect the systems and the data.
Objectives
Experience: 8-10+ years in technical leadership, specifically within SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or MarTech environments.
Technical proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, automated production workflows (Adobe Illustrator/Creative Cloud integrations), and API-led connectivity.
Strategic mindset: Proven ability to translate a CEO’s vision into a technical roadmap with clear OKRs and KPIs.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the ‘Design-to-Shelf’ lifecycle and the competitive landscape (desired, but not essential).
Culture fit: Entrepreneurial spirit with the discipline to thrive in a maturing, high-growth business.

Quantitative and qualitative metrics aligned with performance reviews.
Infrastructure stability: Zero unplanned downtime for client-facing SaaS platforms (SCORE™, daena™).
Deployment velocity: Reduction in time-to-onboard for new global consumer goods company clients through automated ‘Solutions’ workflows.
Team utilisation: Achieving 85%+ efficiency across the Solutions and IT teams through process optimisation.
Security compliance: Oversee the successful completion of annual security audits and client-led risk assessments, including our BSI certification to ISO 27001 Information Security Standard.
Innovation pipeline: We will expect high levels of game-changing innovation and initiatives from yourself and your teams.
