At the Hero Foundation, we want to break down the barriers that stop people from accessing meaningful work. We use AI and leading recruitment technology as a force for good, helping people who are overlooked by traditional hiring get noticed and get hired. We’re backed by Employment Hero, a fast-growing global employment platform.

What is the Hero Foundation?
The Hero Foundation is the charitable arm of Employment Hero, using our platform, network, and reach to open up real employment opportunities for people who would otherwise be overlooked by traditional recruitment systems.
We are an ACNC registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient Item 1 status. All Hero Foundation services are free for the people who use them.

We work with our referral partners to ensure candidates are genuinely ready to enter the workforce. That means coaching, confidence building, soft skills development, mock interviews, and application support — so that when the right opportunity comes, they’re ready to dive in.

We use Employment Hero’s reach to get more businesses thinking differently about who they hire. Through simple resources, real stories, and hands-on support, we show why looking beyond the usual talent pool isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s good for business. And we give employers the confidence and tools to actually do it, not just talk about it.
