Sales Assistant

Wow Vape & Snacks opened its first store in Dalton in 2019 and has since opened shops in Millom, Ulverston, Barrow and Kendal soon to open. We are now seeking a competitive Store Assistant to help customers identify and purchase desired products for our new Kendal store.

We are looking to hire 5 individuals permanently with a guaranteed 16 hours for each hire a week.

All positions can potentially progress to management level running their own shop.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked store.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
• Key holder responsibility.
• Cash handling duties.

Interviews will be conducted in Kendal however we will be holding induction at our Barrow store.
