The Role We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions. This is a field-based role focused on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximising sales within an established and growing territory.

You’ll spend the majority of your time on the road, working directly with customers and building long-term partnerships that deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of distributor accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (four days per week).
  • Promote our full range of premium bathroom furniture, sanitaryware, brassware, and accessories.
  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver against sales targets and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.

About You

  • Proven track record in field-based sales with strong commercial awareness.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Organised and self-sufficient, with strong time management.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
  • Experience within bathrooms, furniture, or KBB sector is advantageous
