The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing initiatives for our organisation within the agriculture, fishing, and forestry sectors. Based in Worlingworth, East Anglia, this full-time permanent position is essential for enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our target audience through innovative marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services in the agriculture, fishing, and forestry sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, ensuring campaigns are data-driven.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance online presence.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects.
  • Assist in organising events and trade shows to showcase our products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the agriculture, fishing, or forestry industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
