Warehouse Operator

Summary:

The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment. The Warehouse Operator is essential for supporting the overall logistics and supply chain operations, contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organise and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
