Marketing Specialist – Communications & Events

About the Role Join Tritium and help shape how we show up globally — from social media and events to PR and partner campaigns. This is a hands-on, creative role with real ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Design

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social content
• Design on-brand visuals for digital channels, email, and presentations
• Use AI tools to scale content creation and maintain consistency
• Drive audience growth and engagement

Email & CRM

• Build and send targeted email campaigns
• Track performance and lead attribution
• Analyse results and improve conversion

Events & Trade Shows

• Manage events end-to-end (planning, delivery, follow-up)
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities
• Oversee design of booths, signage, and event materials

PR & Communications

• Support PR campaigns and media relationships
• Edit and refine internal and external messaging
• Simplify complex topics into clear, compelling content

Partner & Webinar Marketing

• Deliver co-marketing campaigns with partners
• Manage webinars from planning to post-event promotion

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or B2B marketing
• Strong design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience creating social content, event materials, and digital assets
• Familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns and email platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
• Confidence using AI tools for content and insights
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience)

Bonus: Experience in EV, clean energy, or mobility sectors
