The Role
We are looking for compassionate, motivated mental health professionals who are passionate about empowering individuals to move forward.
This is a permanent employed position available on a part time basis – 30 hours (4 days per week) or 37.5 hours (5 days per week).
This role supports people whose musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions are impacting their mental wellbeing and ability to remain in, return to, or progress at work. You will take a holistic, person-centred approach, recognising the strong link between physical health, mental wellbeing and employment.
You will combine psychological support with practical, work-focused interventions, helping individuals build resilience, confidence and independence to achieve sustainable outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering mental health support face-to-face across London boroughs
- Providing video, digital, telephone and telehealth interventions
- Working closely with clients to build resilience, confidence and work-readiness
- Supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of abilities
- Collaborating with colleagues and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes•
Client contact will make up approximately 90% of your working week, making this a highly rewarding, people-focused role.
Location
This is a hybrid role, combining home working with face-to-face delivery in designated centres across:
Brent, Barnet, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster.
About You – Essential Criteria
You’ll be an empathetic, confident communicator with strong clinical experience and a solution-focused mindset.
Essential requirements:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in your registered field
- Current registration with a relevant professional body
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
- Unrestricted UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (unrestricted)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and client management systems
- Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team
- Suitable home-working setup
- Awareness and application of relevant healthcare legislation
- Enhanced DBS check (working with vulnerable adults, young people and children)
