🕑Hours: part-time, alternate weekends throughout the year & Wednesdays during peak weeks
Week 1 = Saturday (9:15am – 5pm), Sunday (9:15am – 4:15pm) & peak Wednesdays
Week 2 = Wednesdays 9:30am – 5pm (only during peak school holidays)

Our Grass Hoppers play zone is a popular attraction for families, especially during the summer holidays and festive season. We offer a range of fun and interactive play sessions and bespoke parties for children.
As a Grass Hopper Assistant you will be responsible for delivering exciting and engaging activities to children up to 11 years old. You’ll also assist with welcoming visitors, facilitating play activities and private parties, dealing with customer enquiries and concerns, and maintaining the play areas and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Grass Hoppers Assistant you will be responsible for:
• Delivering engaging and fun activities for children up to the age of 11.
• Assisting the team with greeting visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
• Planning, organizing, and facilitating play activities and private parties.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring all equipment is clean and safe for use.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
The ideal Grass Hoppers Assistant is someone who:
• Is friendly, approachable and can adapt to the demands of the role.
• Has previous customer service experience and enjoys working with children.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Has prior experience working in a team setting.
• Is confident and competent with dealing with challenging situations and customer complaints.
• Has strong organisational skills.
• Can plan and assist with sourcing the necessary materials and resources for our inhouse parties and play activities.
