About the Role
Are you ready to lead the team serving up the magic of Christmas? We are looking for energetic, inspiring, and highly organised Hospitality Team Leaders to guide our seasonal retail, beverage, and VIP teams.

-
Service Supervision: Actively walk the floor to ensure the main bar is serving rapidly, the VIP section is delivering premium care, and mobile units are hitting their trail locations.
-
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of escalation for complex guest food/drink queries, licensing queries, or dietary requirements.

Driving Performance: Motivate the team to hit sales targets by upselling premium drinks, festive retail merchandise, and VIP packages
-
POS & Cash Handling: Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, troubleshoot payment issues, perform till checks, and ensure PCI DSS compliance
