Duty Officer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for Duty Officer, with an immediate start.

As Duty Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the care management team with coordinating daily operations, ensuring that the highest quality of care and service is delivered to adults in need of social care support. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that will allow you to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for service users, staff, and external agencies

Answer telephone calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner

Manage emergency situations and ensure timely, appropriate responses

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Escalate any concerns to the care management team

Support the care management team with the day-to-day operations of the care delivery
