Summary:

We are seeking a Front of House professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house area. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Take reservations and seating arrangements
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a front of house role (ideal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures (ideal but can be taught)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
