Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase Shiftlogic’s brand awareness and market share.

  • Manage and oversee various marketing initiatives including digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and event marketing.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Analyse market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources among projects.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
