Job Description:

WE ARE HIRING ……. PART TIME SEASONAL THEATRE MASCOTS

Our crew lead the way when it comes to having a great time at ROARR! and we are looking for enthusiastic and imaginative people with performance skills to create memorable experiences for our visitors.

You will be part of an exciting team bringing to life our ‘Dippy and Friends’ characters in both indoor theatre and outdoor interactive shows. Therefore, you will be required to wear a mascot suit.

Please note we do have restrictions on the requirements of this role.

You will be required to narrate the show in the theatre, full training will be provided.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

· A friendly and welcoming personality

· Ability to learn and follow a script or guidelines for live entertainment

· Ability to bring a character to life and encourage our visitors to use their imagination

· Understanding of the importance of adhering to the park’s performance and safety standards

Please note that the majority of the work will be to cover our busiest visitor periods – weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

Applicants must be 16+ and have completed their GCSE’s.
