The Role

This role is the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate support across our superannuation and managed investment products on the Praemium platform.

You’ll be responsible for responding to client enquiries via phone, live chat and email, resolving issues in line with service level agreements and in collaboration with internal teams.

Through a proactive and client-first approach, you’ll deliver a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide support for our managed accounts and platform solutions, assisting with a range of queries, for example:

  • How does the advice-based super product work and who can access it?
  • How is a new super account/application initiated through the adviser network?
  • Platform access and navigation queries.
  • Investment account, portfolio or model-related questions.
  • Cash account balances and investment transactions.
  • Buy/sell orders, rebalances and investment instructions.
  • Fees or transactions appearing on the platform.
  • Status of platform-related requests.
  • Adviser or dealer-group access.
