We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting service users in their homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and the use of aids and equipment.
• Support with medication administration and record keeping.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Assist with light household tasks and maintain a safe home environment.
• Monitor and report changes in service users’ health and well-being.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social engagement.
• Promote independence, dignity, and confidence in daily life.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

Desirable:
• Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care(Required but not essential).
• Experience in home care, support work in healthcare settings.
• Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle (business insurance required).
