If you’re considering a new role, it’s natural to wonder what it’s really like to work for an organisation.

At Noble Care, we ask our employees that question every year.

In our latest employee survey, our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), a measure of how likely employees are to recommend their employer, increased from +15 to +52 in just 12 months. We also saw improvements across every area of employee experience, including workplace culture, recognition, job satisfaction, and employee recommendation.

We’re proud of those results because they come directly from the people who work here every day.

We’re looking for Night Mental Health Care Workers to join our residential service in Hereford, supporting adults with mental health needs.

Working nights is about more than carrying out checks and completing records. It’s about creating a safe, calm, and reassuring environment where residents can rest comfortably, knowing support is there when they need it.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing support and reassurance throughout the night
  • Promoting the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of residents
  • Carrying out routine welfare checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting residents when needed and responding appropriately to concerns
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of support between shifts

What we’re looking for

Experience in care or support work is welcome, but it is not essential.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, calm under pressure, and able to work independently during night shifts. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who treats others with kindness, respect, and understanding.

What you’ll receive

• £13.53 per hour plus holiday pay • Full induction and ongoing training • Opportunities to gain recognised qualifications • Career progression opportunities • Employee wellbeing support • Staff benefits and discount schemes

Whether you’re already working in care or looking for a career where you can have a positive impact on people’s lives, you’ll be joining an organisation that continues to invest in its people and listen to employee feedback.
