Express Recruitment are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment consultant to begin their journey in the recruitment world. Full extensive internal academy training provided. Our Consultants offer a service that is bespoke, friendly and ultimately successful! Responsible for the profitability, quality and effectiveness of own desk within the business. Ensure 50% of weekly plan is dedicated to new business, with a further 50% dedicated to maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients ensuring a thorough recruitment service is offered at all times.

This opportunity offers, after training, to be in control of a “mini-business”, giving the opportunity to influence what comes into the desk, and, with uncapped earning potential, what is taken out!

Applicants who work “to target” should expect to be earning c£10k per year commission on top of base salary, however there is the opportunity to earn far beyond this.

Duties to include:

Maintain and develop existing business relationships through regular calls and client site visits

Identify and develop new business opportunities with exciting clients

Write compelling advertisements for your own vacancies to attract the best candidates

Take down all new vacancies, ensuring full specification is given

Interview new candidates and match skillsets to vacancies

Take ownership of the full 360 recruitment process for a broad base of clients

Contribute innovative ideas to management to push effective marketing

Background:

Graduate level education essential, preferably within; English, Business, Humanities (all considered)

Minimum of 5 in Maths and English GCSE

Previous work experience (either within a professional or hospitality environment) preferred

Hungry for success with a genuine desire to build the business

Confident communicator with natural leadership skills
