Site Manager – Rail

Deploy Limited are looking for 2 x Rail Site Managers with a strong background in E&P works. These roles will be to oversee key Civils delivery elements on various sites across the East Coast Mainline, specifically, sites located South of Peterborough such as Biggleswade, St Neots & Stevenage areas. Areas of work will generally be located around Sub-Stations and associated compounds.

As a Site Manager, you will carry out daily tasks, which include but are not limited to:

Oversee, supervise and deliver key project deliverables and deadlines

Maintain HSE policies onsite at all times

Complete daily reporting

Manager labour and sub-contractors

Manage site inductions

Maintain a tidy and clean site

Carry our routine checks and record findings in line with company procedures

Communicate Work Package Plans, Task Briefings, Tool Box Talks and Safety Alerts to workforce

The successful Site Manager will also be required to hold a COSS competency as there will be occasional ad-hoc line blocks throughout the project.

Experience as a Site Manager on similar projects

This role is for an initial 6-month duration on days with the possibility of continuing on an ongoing basis.
