Site Agent

Civil engineering organisation, in existence over 70 years, with a place on major infrastructure frameworks, requires a Sub Agent / Site Agent for a highways project in Sussex.

The Sub Agent / Site Agent will be responsible for managing civils works for highways and structures.

• Manage site staff and sub-contractors
• Prepare and monitor work programmes
• Put together risk assessments, method statements (RAMS) and project management plans
• Monitor costs, ensuring adherence with budget
• Manage coordination of design
• Assess performance of sub-contractors
• Liaise with local groups and organisations as necessary
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent within the civils sector, covering highways, structures and earthworks
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Driving licence
