Site Agent

On the lookout for an experienced Site/Sub Agent within Rail Civils working for a leading Rail contractor who are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

The role is available only on a Permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the contract is delivered on time and on budget
• Liaising with site staff and managing surveyor to ensure tender allowances are not exceeded
• Monitoring of contract progress to ensure contract objectives are me
• Providing updates of formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager

Requirements:

• PTS
• SMSTS
• Previous experience working on Rail Civils projects
