Setting Out Engineer

Setting out / Site Engineer required for a busy site in Kettering, Northampton. 

The role will be to carry out setting out duties as part of a large-scale logistics facility new build for a major Earthworks client

Key Responsibilities as Site Engineer include

• Setting Out & Surveying
• Maintaining line and level control
• Measurements and calculations
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents
• Coordinating the technical aspects of package handovers
• QA where required

Requirements:

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• First Aid

This position will be for approximately two months, with the possibility of further projects thereafter.  

The work is on days, with 10 hours per shift daily. 

The rate is dependent on experience and if the candidate has their own equipment.
